  • The home that we’re living in now was my husband’s childhood home – so there was a lot of integrating to be done with a home that’s 70-something years old! For instance, his mother had beautiful drapes that she had gotten through the Blind Side many years ago. We said to Diane, ‘We love these drapes, but gosh, there’s so much’ – so she said ‘No problem! We’ll design the whole room around those drapes that you love.’ We turned [the room with the drapes] into a billiard room.

We really appreciate that she’s willing to integrate new designs with existing favorite pieces. My husband is creative and artistic in his own right, and Diane is our go-to person. Having that person who can work with both of us and be a tie for big decisions. She can find a way where he is happy and I am happy – a middle-of-the-road for two differing opinions.

  • [For my new construction project] we wanted to incorporate a lot of different objects that I had collected in my travels over the years.

I’m just thrilled with what they did. The result was fantastic. The customer service was very good, too. They are always on hand to answer any questions (…) they were more than willing to make a change, and they were always open to new design ideas.

  • I like Diane’s use of color, and I just think we work together well. I would definitely choose her to [renovate] another house – and earlier in the project.

[The renovation] was done in a timely manner. Everybody who comes in – it’s just fabulous. It’s increased the value of my home. Diane and Jerry, I trust them to give them the key to my house.

  • Diane gave me a lot of ideas to look at and choose from. I really looked to her for advice and suggestions.

I love my kitchen. If I moved, I would want to do something similar with the house I move into. I get lots of compliments – they did a really fantastic job.

  • Outstanding. When you walk in [to my husband’s orthopedics and sports medicine complex], you don’t feel that you’re in a doctor’s office. Patients have gone to my husband’s office, and said ‘I could just stay here all day, it’s very relaxing.’

Diane and her team are very knowledgeable. They take into consideration all aspects of the use of the building – everything from how patients feel when they walk in to how the staff will feel working in that environment, to how my husband uses the facility.
